Our world tends to be governed by those who make the most noise.
As three brothers going about our lives, we often felt the world pass by too quickly. However, we knew that actions speak louder than words. And the noisemakers out there do too much talking.
For The Hidden was created to serve, to act, and to proclaim that those who cannot speak will not be left behind, will not be forgotten, and should not be made to suffer. Our goal is to give a voice to those who cannot find it, or have had it taken from them.
Our company is a call to action for those who no longer want to wait to do something good. We believe that the time has come for us to stand up and take accountability for ourselves.
Meet The Team
Michael Starks
Michael works as a Software Engineer and is an avid family man. He loves sports, coaching his kids’ teams, and spending nights together playing table top games. Michael and his wife Whitney were foster parents for years in California, and were involved in helping and mentoring youth of all ages. They are currently living in Logan, Utah with their three children which they adopted from the foster care system.
Greg Starks
Greg is the baby of the family. He currently works in the defense industry as a project manager. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Philosophy and would be a full-time student for the rest of his life if it was possible. He loves art, music, and getting to know strangers. He is currently studying Mandarin Chinese, and will always find a way to talk about the time he spent living in Taiwan. Greg and his wife, Chih-Han, live in Clinton, Utah.
Randy Starks
Randy is an entrepreneur, real estate investor and Marine Corps veteran who actively volunteers his time with local organizations dedicated to aiding the un-housed population. His personal philosophy is based on a mix of Buddhist and Stoic principles that encourage him to show compassion to and serve his community and natural environment. He enjoys mentoring and is currently studying to become an earth science teacher. He and his partner Sarah live in Placerville, California and are the proud parents of 3 dogs and 2 cats.
